AUSTIN, TX - February 19, 2001 -- Silicon Metrics Corporation today announced that after a comprehensive evaluation of characterization and modeling tools, Transmeta has standardized on SiliconSmart CR to address their challenging library development needs. Transmeta will use SiliconSmart CR to create characterization models for their low power microprocessor designs.
